Job Summary

We are looking for a Procurement Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the procurement of medical products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, vendor management, negotiation, and ensuring compliance with healthcare product standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure medical products in line with company quality and regulatory standards
• Participate in national and international tender processes
• Assist in vendor evaluation and vendor generation
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any supply chain issues
• Ensure documentation and compliance related to procurement processes
• Work closely with internal teams to manage procurement requirements and timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in the medical/healthcare sector
• Understanding of medical equipment and disposables
• Familiarity with tender procedures (preferred)
• Good knowledge of procurement documentation and regulatory compliance
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
