About the Role: We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Purchase Officer to manage procurement operations of our real estate projects. If you have a strong understanding of vendor negotiations, and construction material management — this role is for you.
What You'll Do: Handle end-to-end procurement of civil, MEP, and interior materials Develop & maintain a strong vendor network for timely and cost-effective sourcing Issue POs, track deliveries, and manage site coordination Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and cost tracking Work closely with Project, Accounts & Warehouse teams Support cost control and budget adherence
