Job Description

You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement management across various product categories. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services, evaluating supplier performance, preparing purchase orders, maintaining records, collaborating with internal departments, monitoring stock levels, resolving vendor grievances, and leading the procurement team. You will also be responsible for developing strategic sourcing plans, approving purchase orders, identifying reliable suppliers, forecasting procurement needs, tracking KPIs, and ensuring budget compliance. To excel in this role, you must possess strong leadership and decision-making skills, proficiency in vendor management, negotiation, and supply chain optimization. A bachelor's degree is required, and certifications like CIPS or PMP will be a plus. Experience with ERP and procurement platforms is also necessary. This is a full-time, permanent position that may require up to 75% travel.,
