Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to support our procurement operations for medical products and supplies. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end procurement activities—domestic and international—ensuring timely sourcing of quality products at competitive prices while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Operations

• Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors for medical and diagnostic products (domestic & international).
• Request, compare, and analyze vendor quotations to ensure best price and quality.
• Generate and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per requirements and approvals.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Stores, QA, Finance) to ensure accurate order fulfilment and documentation.

Communication & Coordination

• Communicate effectively with vendors via email and phone for order confirmation, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate entry of procurement data and POs in systems (Excel/ERP).

Vendor & Cost Management

• Maintain and update the vendor database, cataloging suppliers, price lists, and terms.
• Assist in negotiation for price, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
• Track supplier performance and help drive improvements.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and maintain procurement records: quotes, POs, GRNs, invoices, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc. (Medical/Life Sciences), Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.

Experience

• 2–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare supplies, or related industry.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and procurement documentation.
• Exposure to ERP or procurement systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
