Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best terms.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Resolve any issues related to delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or invoice mismatches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
