Job Description:

Objective:
The Procurement Manager will oversee and manage the company's procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of quality materials and components essential for the manufacturing of FarmRobo agricultural products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement procurement strategies to source materials and components that meet quality standards and budgetary constraints.
• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts and terms to secure advantageous terms for the company.
• Cost Control: Monitor and analyze procurement expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Inventory Management: Collaborate with production and inventory teams to maintain optimal inventory levels for uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Quality Assurance: Coordinate with the quality control team to ensure all procured materials meet company standards.
• Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in Manufacturing or Agritech.
• Proven experience in Supplier Negotiation and Contract Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with agricultural machinery and components is a plus.
