Job Description

As a procurement executive cum executive assistant, you will be required to :

1. Manage end-to-end procurement activities including vendor sourcing, negotiations, purchase orders, and timely delivery of goods and services.

2. Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and ensure cost-effective purchasing.

3. Maintain accurate records of vendors, contracts, invoices, and procurement documentation.

4. Monitor supplier performance, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

5. Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management.

6. Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and handle correspondence.

7. Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings.

8. Act as a liaison between executives, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

9. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

10. Support day-to-day operations through effective multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
