Procurement Executive

Position Objective

The Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement operations for non-IT categories such as Electrical Distribution & Transmission Projects, MEP systems, HVAC, and related electrical equipment. The role involves strategic sourcing, vendor development, contract negotiation, and ensuring that procurement activities align with project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary controls. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely material availability and compliance with company procurement policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of Electrical, MEP, HVAC, and related project materials.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Float RFQs/RFPs, perform bid analysis, and finalize vendor selection and contract agreements.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve optimal commercial value.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, and operations teams for technical and material requirement finalization.
• Maintain and evaluate vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
• Keep abreast of market trends, pricing dynamics, and new supplier developments.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, statutory norms, and audit standards.
• Manage ERP documentation, procurement reports, and purchase records accurately and systematically.
