Procurement Executive

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support day-to-day IT procurement activities.
• This role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing vendor communications, and assisting with sourcing and purchase order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing IT hardware, software, licenses, and services in line with business requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors to gather quotes, compare pricing, and evaluate basic proposals.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and track delivery schedules.
• Support senior team members in contract documentation and procurement reporting.
• Work with internal teams (IT, Admin, Finance) to ensure procurement needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Monitor stock levels of IT assets and assist with inventory control.
• Follow up on order status, delivery timelines, and issue resolution with suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and compliance standards.
• Help maintain vendor databases and documentation for audits and evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in supply chain, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Having 1 to 2 years of experience in IT products and services (e.g., laptops, software licenses, networking equipment).
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Great communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Working days

  5 days per week (Saturday & Sunday Fixed off) Shift Time - 6.00 pm to 3.30 am

• Working hours

  - 9.5 hours per day.
