Job Title: Procurement Executive

Location: Noida

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with proj:ect timelines and cost targets.
• Source, evaluate, and finalize vendors/suppliers for materials, services, and subcontractors.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve savings without compromising quality.
• Ensure timely procurement to meet project schedules and avoid delays.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, trends, and alternatives.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships; develop a reliable supplier network.
• Monitor inventory levels; coordinate with project/site teams for material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical practices.
• Analyze spend/data, prepare reports, and provide insights for cost optimization.
• Collaborate with design, projects, and finance to streamline procurement processes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing, and contracts.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement software.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–4 years’ experience in procurement, preferably in interior fit-out / construction / turnkey projects.
• Proven track record of handling end-to-end procurement.
