Procurement Executive

The Procurement Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials. The role involves strategic buying, price negotiations, and maintaining supply chain efficiency to support FarmDidi’s production and growth goals

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers for raw materials and packaging.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure a steady supply chain.
• Track and manage purchase orders, inventory levels, and delivery timelines.
• Conduct regular market research to benchmark pricing and source alternative suppliers.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure procurement standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with procurement software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendor accounts.
• Good understanding of supply chain procedures and market dynamics.
