Job Description

As a Procurement Executive within Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) at JLL, your role involves managing and overseeing procurement operations to ensure operational excellence. Your responsibilities include: - **Strategic Procurement Management**: - Developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures aligned with business goals. - Researching and identifying prospective suppliers and service providers. - Evaluating products and vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability. - Negotiating purchase terms and ensuring compliance with JLL standards. - **Purchase Order Management**: - Preparing and issuing purchase orders for manpower services, equipment AMCs, and low-value purchases. - Monitoring supplier performance and resolving any delivery or quality issues. - Ensuring timely delivery and completion of services for smooth operational closure. - Creating monthly, quarterly, and annual POs across multiple regions including Bangalore, Mangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad. - **Supply Chain Analysis and Reporting**: - Analyzing industry trends and demand patterns to support sourcing strategies. - Preparing quarterly dashboards for QBRs, monthly savings reports, and manpower deployment annexures. - Generating system reports as required to support procurement transparency and decision-making. - **Vendor Coordination & Rate Card Management**: - Conducting RFPs/RFQs and selecting vendors based on commercial viability and alignment with JLL terms. - Negotiating rate cards with existing and new vendors to maintain cost efficiency. - Developing catalog files for Ariba uploads and coordinating with relevant teams for integration. - **Collaboration and Communication**: - Liaising with internal operations and project teams to understand procurement needs. - Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring alignment with service expectations. - Coordinating with cross-functional departments for seamless procurement processes. Your qualifications and skills should include: - Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of purchasing strategies and vendor management. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business application tools. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.,
