Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Facilities and Procurement Executive to manage day-to-day facility operations and oversee the procurement of goods and services. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, cost-effective purchases, and proper facility maintenance, contributing to the efficient functioning of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Facilities Management: Oversee & supervise day-to-day facility operations(factory, office infrastructure, etc.) Coordinate with vendors for repairs, utilities, and facility services. Manage office supplies and stock levels. Track and report daily facility issues, expenses, and improvements. Procurement Responsibilities: Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services as per company needs. Develop and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers. Ensure timely procurement while maintaining cost efficiency and quality. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery timelines. Process purchase requisitions, approvals, and ensure proper documentation. Support inventory control and optimize stock levels. Qualifications and Skills: 2–4 years of experience in facilities management and/or procurement. Good negotiation and vendor management skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Preferred Attributes: Experience in recycling or manufacturing services sectors. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
