Job Title- Procurement Executive Department- Purchase Salary- 2.75 LPA to 3.25 LPA (commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience) Job Summary- The Procurement Executive will be responsible for material procurement, vendor identification and management, vendor negotiation, and material dispatch. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient sourcing and timely delivery of materials for the company's operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities- •Material Procurement- Identify and procure required materials, components, and supplies from reliable vendors to meet the company's operational needs. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand material requirements and ensure timely procurement. •Vendor Identification and Management- Actively search for and evaluate potential vendors based on criteria such as quality, pricing, delivery times, and reliability. Maintain and update a comprehensive vendor database, regularly reviewing vendor performance and addressing any issues or concerns. •Vendor Negotiation- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with vendors, including pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and quality standards. Leverage strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals for the company while maintaining positive vendor relationships. •Material Dispatch- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of procured materials. Monitor shipment status, resolve any logistical issues, and maintain proper documentation for material receipt and delivery. •Documentation and Reporting- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, vendor contracts, and material receipts. Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting procurement performance, cost savings, and areas for improvement. •Continuous Improvement- Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, efficiency gains, and risk mitigation. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in procurement and supply chain management. Education and Experience Requirements- •Diploma in Electronics or a Graduate degree in a relevant field. •Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management in a relevant field is preferred. Additional Requirements- •Excellent communication and negotiation skills. •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). •Knowledge of procurement software and tools is an advantage. •Attention to detail and organizational skills. •Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
