Identify and evaluate suppliers for electrical equipment, parts, and materials.
Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotations), evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts.
Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and project teams to understand material requirements.
Maintain optimal inventory levels of electrical supplies to prevent shortages or overstock.
Monitor supplier performance and develop improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Manage procurement documentation including POs, contracts, and invoices.
Analyze market trends to forecast cost and availability of materials.
Collaborate with finance and logistics teams for budgeting and delivery coordination.
