Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for electrical projects from initiation through completion.
• Assist in preparing project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
• Communicate with engineering teams to collect detailed project specifications and drawings.
• Liaise with vendors and procurement teams to track the delivery of electrical equipment and materials.
• Monitor project progress and report on milestones, issues, and risks.
• Ensure all electrical work aligns with relevant codes, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as reports, meeting minutes, and change orders.
• Support site teams with technical clarifications and material availability checks.
• Facilitate coordination meetings between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage documentation control including inspection reports, drawings, and approvals.
• Track and resolve punch list items related to electrical systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
