Job Description

As an India MU External Talent Delivery Senior Manager at our company, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Category Planning: - Deliver the External Talent strategy and customize it per local needs - Influence External Talent solutioning by leveraging industry & stakeholder inputs - Build work planning and category governance for the India MU - Set up MU targets aligned with Global P+ and category goals, and track progress - Stakeholder Management: - Partner with ET Strategy Lead and ET MU teams to solution on Stakeholder requirements - Promote ET Capability to Stakeholders and manage internal customer feedback on supplier performance - Supplier Management: - Promote the use of Global or Regional Strategic and Preferred suppliers - Manage supplier relationships with critical and strategic suppliers - Guide MU ET Leads on performance management of local strategic suppliers - Project Management: - Support the implementation of Global/Market External Talent programs - Provide direction, manage status against agreed plan, and support project delivery outcomes - Sourcing & Contracting: - Identify market and local MU sourcing projects aligned with Global External talent strategies - Create and maintain local sourcing pipeline through spend and talent skills analysis - Ensure overall policy & law compliance in process execution - Team Management: - Supervise and guide assigned team members - Manage team members" performance and capacity, escalate when necessary - Lead Market community calls to encourage synergies & knowledge sharing In addition to the above responsibilities, our company is a leading provider in sourcing and procurement services, where you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects and collaborate with colleagues using the latest technologies.
