Position Overview

Procurement and Business Analysis Associate to support our US government contracting and procurement efforts. The role will focus on monitoring U.S. state and cooperative procurement opportunities, identifying relevant RFPs, assisting with proposal submissions, and supporting our registration on state and cooperative contracting vehicles (e.g., NASPO, Covendis). In addition, the role may provide business analysis support to ongoing consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement & RFP Monitoring

• Monitor state procurement portals, cooperative contracts, and bid sites daily.
• Identify, track, and shortlist RFPs that align with company qualifications.
• Manage vendor registration on state procurement portals and platforms (e.g., NASPO ValuePoint, Covendis).
• Maintain an updated pipeline of opportunities and deadlines.

• Proposal & Contracting Support

• Assist in preparing and formatting proposal responses.
• Support compliance checks against RFP requirements.
• Coordinate the collection of required documentation and forms for submissions.
• Track contract opportunities and renewal timelines.

• Business Analysis Support (Preferred)

• Conduct research, gather requirements, and support business analysts in documentation.
• Assist in drafting process flows, requirement matrices, and project artifacts.
• Provide analytical support for client-facing deliverables as needed.

Working Arrangements

• Location:

  India-based with flexible remote work options

• Hours:

  Overlap with North American business hours (EST/PST) for client interactions

• Client Interaction:

  Regular video conferences with mid-market clients across North America

• Travel:

  Minimal domestic travel may be required for team meetings or training

• Reporting:

  Reports to Delivery Head, Professional Services
