Procurement Analyst

The Procurement Analyst for Infrastructure based in Chennai (WFO) will be responsible for managing the procurement process for all IT-related hardware, software, and services. In this role, you will ensure that the organization's technology acquisitions are cost-effective, of high quality, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Additionally, you will oversee the lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring accurate tracking, maintenance, and disposal. Your key responsibilities will include identifying, assessing, and building relationships with vendors for IT hardware, software, and services. You will negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers, monitor supplier performance, and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or costs. Collaboration with vendors and internal teams will be essential to ensure timely delivery of IT products and services. You will also implement and manage an asset tracking system to maintain accurate records of asset location, condition, and usage. Overseeing the lifecycle of IT assets from acquisition through disposal will be crucial to ensure optimal use and minimal downtime. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in information technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Telugu languages is required. You should have 2-5 years of experience in IT procurement, asset management, or a related field, with essential experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost control. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
