Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Design and deliver Non-voice process training programs for healthcare professionals on various topics such as product knowledge, process improvement, and customer service in US Healthcare process.
  • Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee skills and develop customized training solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored training services.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and make recommendations for future improvements.

Job Requirements :

  • 4-10 years of experience in corporate training or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of NHT (National Healthcare Training) standards and regulations.
  • Proven expertise in OJT (On-the-job training), TNI (Training Needs Identification), and process training methodologies.
