Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design and deliver Non-voice process training programs for healthcare professionals on various topics such as product knowledge, process improvement, and customer service in US Healthcare process.
Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee skills and develop customized training solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored training services.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and make recommendations for future improvements.

Job Requirements :

4-10 years of experience in corporate training or a related field.
Strong understanding of NHT (National Healthcare Training) standards and regulations.
Proven expertise in OJT (On-the-job training), TNI (Training Needs Identification), and process training methodologies.
