Hello Folks, Greetings From ShiningStars ITPL!!! We are seeking dynamic and experienced BPO Process Trainer for Gurugram and Noida location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our customer service representatives and other BPO professionals. Domains we are hiring for - Online Advertising Platform (Gurugram) , Travel, Logistic and E-commerce (Gurugram and Noida) Interview Mode - Walk-in / Virtual (Depends on process selected for) NOTE - Immediate Joiners Preferred Roles and Responsibilities Design and deliver training programs for new hires, focusing on product knowledge, soft skills, and process orientation. Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources. Conduct classroom sessions to ensure effective learning outcomes through interactive activities and assessments. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content that meets business objectives. Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to improve overall performance. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in BPO or call center environment with a focus on training. Strong understanding of OJT (On-the-job training), TNA (Training Needs Analysis), TNI (Training Need Identification), Throughput analysis, Classroom Training methodologies. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people at all levels.
