Process Trainer

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Trainer to join our Learning & Development Division . The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in designing, delivering, and evaluating high-impact training programs, with a specific focus on US Recruitment . This role is critical in upskilling our recruitment teams by providing them with the latest tools, techniques, and industry best practices needed to thrive in the competitive US staffing market. The Trainer will primarily be responsible for conducting sessions related to the full recruitment lifecycle , with a strong emphasis on practical application and performance improvement . Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree (any discipline) Minimum 2 years of training experience; at least 1 year in training US recruitment/staffing professionals Strong understanding of the end-to-end US recruitment process Proven ability to design and deliver training across various formats (classroom, e-learning, blended) Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills Hands-on experience with ATS , CRM tools, and other recruitment tech AnalytAn analyticalical mindset with the ability to assess and improve training effectiveness Strong coaching, motivational, and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning tools Preferred Qualifications Train-the-Trainer certification Experience in a fast-paced staffing agency Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design Experience developing competency frameworks for recruiting role facilitation, presentation, and communication skills Hands-on experience with ATS , CRM tools, and other recruitment tech Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve training effectiveness Strong coaching, motivational, and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning tools
