✅ Keep training content fresh and up-to-date with the latest process changes
✅ Lead refresher sessions based on training needs assessments
✅ Conduct knowledge checks for new hires and ongoing staff
✨ Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English
✨ Customer-focused mindset with excellent client handling skills
✨ Willingness to work flexible shifts in a 24x7 environment
✨ Experience in product/process or soft skills training (2-5 years)
✨ Enthusiasm for continuous learning and upskilling others
🕘 9-hour shifts + 1-hour break
