Process / Technical Service Engineer – Instrumentation & Automation

Job Summary:

The Process / Technical Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, installation, commissioning, calibration, and troubleshooting of flow measurement systems and related instrumentation. The role involves close interaction with customers, ensuring optimal product performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, and servicing of Oval Gear Flow Meters and other process instrumentation.
• Provide technical support and training to customers for the operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting, calibration, and preventive maintenance at customer sites.
• Collaborate with the sales and design team to provide technical inputs for customized solutions.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, calibration certificates, and documentation as per company standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards during field operations.
• Support product testing, validation, and improvement initiatives in coordination with the R&D team.
• Build strong relationships with OEMs and end users to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Automation Engineering.
• Experience: 5 - 8 years in process instrumentation, flow measurement, or industrial automation.
• Skills Required:
• Strong understanding of flow measurement principles and industrial instrumentation.
• Hands-on experience in field servicing, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and service support.
