Key components include hazard identification, risk assessment, and implementing multiple layers of protection. Key aspects of process safety

• Hazard and risk management: Identifying potential hazards in processes and evaluating the associated risks to prevent accidents.
• Layers of protection: Implementing safeguards like control systems, safety procedures, and emergency response plans to prevent or mitigate incidents.
• Integrity management: Ensuring the mechanical integrity of operating systems and equipment to prevent the release of hazardous materials and energy.
• Management of change: Having a system to address potential risks when changes are made to processes, equipment, or technology.
• Process safety information: Compiling written information on the hazards of chemicals and the technology of the process to help identify and understand risks.

Why process safety is important

Process Safety Management (PSM)

• It requires a comprehensive approach that includes conducting process hazard analyses, training employees, and establishing procedures for operating, maintaining, and managing changes to the process.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
