Work at Height Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Mandatory IRATA Level 1
• Develop and implement Work at Height (WAH) safety procedures and guidelines in accordance with local regulations and international best practices (e.g., OSHA, ISO, IRATA).
• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments for all WAH tasks.
• Inspect and certify scaffolding, ladders, harnesses, lifelines, and other fall protection equipment.
• Provide hands-on training and awareness sessions to workers and supervisors on safe WAH practices.
• Monitor ongoing WAH activities and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Investigate incidents related to falls or near-misses and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, safety officers, and contractors to ensure alignment on safety standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of permits, inspections, equipment certifications, and training records.
• Stay up to date with regulatory changes and technological advances related to WAH safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
