Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Process Manager. The Process Manager will oversee the TOPCon Cell Process and lead efficiency improvement initiatives across teams. Responsibilities include analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, developing strategies to enhance productivity, and implementing process improvements. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, training staff on updated procedures, and monitoring metrics to ensure consistent performance and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in process analysis, process improvement, and workflow optimization
• Familiarity with data analysis and performance monitoring tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of quality management systems and compliance standards
• Ph.D or Master’s degree in Science or Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in the Solar Cell Process is mandatory
