Role Overview

Process Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Develop and execute process improvement strategies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
  • Document processes through SOPs, process maps, and workflow charts.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage process projects end-to-end.
  • Monitor KPIs such as cycle time, error rates, and quality metrics to assess impact.
  • Facilitate staff training and workshops for updated procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive automation and digital process transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
