Job Description

As a Process Manager, you will design, implement, and continuously optimize business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and align operations with organizational objectives. You will collaborate across departments, use data-driven insights, and drive improvement initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.Develop and execute process improvement strategies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).Document processes through SOPs, process maps, and workflow charts.Lead cross-functional teams and manage process projects end-to-end.Monitor KPIs such as cycle time, error rates, and quality metrics to assess impact.Facilitate staff training and workshops for updated procedures.Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.Drive automation and digital process transformation initiatives.Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
