• B.Tech / M.Tech with 10 years experience
• Experience in Machine Shop or Special Processes
• Leadership and Interpersonal skills
• Problem solving, Communication & Team working
• Ensure conformity through PPAP and quality control.
• Mastery of plan reading and tolerancing

• Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs.

• Creation and implementation of production strategies, processes, procedures and instructions to improve operational performance.
• Develop and implement engineering tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems.
• Drive continuous improvement activities in quality, cycle times, process improvement, machine availability, consumables through lean techniques and value engineering to enhance the capability of existing processes and remove waste
• Make sure that engineering team has the required competency and if needed engage the necessary actions or trainings.
• Manage improvement drives such as 5S, kaizen and continues improvement activities, safety and risks.
• Coach the team about Manufacturing Standards, Best practices, Participative innovation, Continuous improvement and encourage for sharing of ideas.
