The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for daily process updates. Maintain records of production targets, output, and material movement. Prepare daily and weekly process reports for management review. Monitor workflow and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Assist in process documentation, filing, and administrative work. Communicate with vendors and internal teams for process-related requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Support management in process improvement and efficiency initiatives. Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (preferably in Commerce, Administration, or Engineering). 1–2 years of experience in process coordination or office administration (preferably in manufacturing). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
