Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily task follow-ups and coordination between design, execution, and teams.
Help maintain tasks , timelines, and follow up on pending tasks.
Support in documentation and data entry for project updates and team reporting.
Assist in preparing client meeting notes and MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
Assist in ensuring files, folders, and project data are organized systematically.

Must-Haves

Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and basic presentation tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills for clear coordination with teams.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
Attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
