We are looking for Process Consultant Application SupportProvide day-to-day technical support for Mendix-based applications, ensuring optimal performance and minimal disruption. Incident ManagementEffectively manage and resolve incidents, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions in alignment with SLA expectations. Service Request FulfillmentHandle service requests, from intake to fulfillment, ensuring user requests are addressed in a timely manner. Problem ManagementIdentify, analyze, and resolve recurring technical issues, working proactively to prevent future incidents. CollaborationCommunicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and other IT teams, to understand and resolve technical challenges. AWS KnowledgeLeverage a basic understanding of AWS services to support cloud-based Mendix applications and assist with cloud-related troubleshooting. ITIL FundamentalsApply ITIL best practices in incident management, service request fulfillment, and problem management to maintain a high standard of service delivery. DocumentationMaintain and update knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation for Mendix applications and services. Continuous ImprovementContinuously monitor and assess the performance of applications, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement. User SupportProvide support to end users, including training and troubleshooting assistance, to ensure smooth application usage. You’d describe yourself as Experience3-5 years of hands-on experience in application support for applications built on Mendix. AWS KnowledgeBasic understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure. ITIL KnowledgeUnderstanding of ITIL fundamentals and how to apply them in the context of incident, service request, and problem management. Incident ManagementHands-on experience managing incidents, ensuring issues are tracked and resolved within established SLAs. Problem ManagementExperience in identifying recurring problems, root cause analysis, and driving long-term solutions. Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Mendix platform-specific tools (e.g., Mendix Studio Pro, Mendix Cloud). Team PlayerAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment. Desirable Skills (Optional but Preferred) Experience with Cloud TechnologiesHands-on experience with AWS, cloud infrastructure, and related services. Version Control SystemsKnowledge of Git or other version control systems. Knowledge of Mendix Studio ProFamiliarity with Mendix Studio Pro for application management and deployment is a plus.
