Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, from

  requirement gathering to deployment

• Act as the

  technical authority

  , reviewing designs, code, and architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with

  engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams

  to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Break down business requirements into

  technical tasks and user stories

  .
• Provide

  hands-on support in coding, debugging, or prototyping

  when needed.
• Manage project risks, timelines, and dependencies.
• Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Mentor developers and encourage

  best practices in coding, CI/CD, and DevOps

  .
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership with technical clarity.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  .

• 8+ years of coding experience

  in one or more of:
• Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/Node.js, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of

  system design, APIs, microservices, and databases

  (SQL/NoSQL).
• Hands-on exposure to

  cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  .
• Experience in

  DevOps/CI-CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes

  .
• Proven experience managing

  Agile/Scrum software projects

  .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification

  (preferred but not mandatory).
