Job Description

Role & responsibilities Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Manage project budget, schedule, and resource allocation. Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (Masters preferred). Proven experience in project management (typically 3–5+ years). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus. Strong familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira). Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks.
