We are Hiring!
SkyOS BPO, an ICO-certified outsourcing partner for UK processes, is scaling its service operations to support more UK-based clients. We specialize in customer service, appointment setting, sales support, and back-end functions while maintaining strict process controls, compliance standards, and industry-leading performance metrics.Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Process Associate - Sales for UK Process to join our dynamic team. Requirement:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain customer relationships to generate repeat business.
Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly. Update CRM systems with relevant customer data and sales activities.

Preferred Skills and Qualification:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Fluency in English Language.
Experienced in telesales.
Knowledge of sales techniques and customer care best practices.

Key Details:

Work Schedule: 5 days working (Monday to Friday) Weekends Off: Fixed Saturday and Sunday off
Shift Timings: 02:30 PM to 11:30 PM
Other Benefits: Meal + both side cab facility provided
