Roles and Responsibility
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a voice-based role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications is required.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience working in an IT Service & Consulting environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with UK Life processes is beneficial.
  • Referral from a previous employer is preferred.
