Private Chef

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Private Chef located in Ahmedabad. The Private Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to a client's dietary needs and preferences, menu planning, sourcing high-quality ingredients, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. Additionally, the role involves creating a variety of dishes ranging from daily meals to gourmet experiences, ensuring exceptional presentation and taste. The Private Chef will work closely with clients to customize dining experiences and manage kitchen inventory and budget.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills: Expertise in gourmet cooking, menu planning, and food presentation
• Knowledge of dietary requirements: Experience in preparing meals for specific dietary needs and preferences
• Ingredient sourcing: Ability to source high-quality, fresh ingredients
• Kitchen management: Maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing inventory, and budgeting
• Interpersonal skills: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to different culinary styles and preferences
• Formal culinary training: Culinary degree or certification is highly desirable
• Experience: Previous experience as a Private Chef or in luxury hospitality is a plus
