Position: House Manager - 2 Location: Central & South Delhi, India Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA (Based on experience & expertise) Working Hours: Approx. 9–10 hours daily (flexible and extended during client visits) About the Role: We are seeking a highly organised, reliable, and proactive House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury private residence in Delhi. This is not the client’s primary home; however, the standard of maintenance and readiness is expected to be five-star hotel level at all times. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with managing house staff, coordinating vendors, maintaining expenses, running errands, and ensuring everything is prepped and flawless when the client is in residence. Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations & Property Management * Ensure the house is maintained in pristine condition year-round. * Oversee cleanliness, landscaping, maintenance schedules, and housekeeping standards. * Manage utility bill payments and ensure uninterrupted services. Staff & Vendor Oversight * Supervise and manage all domestic staff (housekeepers, drivers, security, etc.). * Create rosters, assign duties, and ensure grooming, discipline, and efficiency. * Coordinate with third-party vendors (cleaning, repair, pest control, etc.) and manage service quality. Administrative & Financial Management * Maintain inventory for groceries, essentials, and luxury items. * Track household budgets, petty cash, and vendor payments. * Monitor maintenance and operational expenses with cost optimisation. Guest & Client Visit Preparation * Coordinate client arrivals and departures. * Arrange airport pick-ups, in-house hospitality, and guest preparations. * Manage restaurant bookings, local events, or personal engagements as per schedule. Errands & Local Coordination * Handle local government liaisons, permissions, and compliances when needed. * Manage courier deliveries, shopping, and other daily errands efficiently. * Be the point of contact for all external engagements, ensuring professionalism and discretion. Candidate Profile: Experience: 5–10 years in luxury, real estate, facility, hospital, Hotels or any other hospitality-related space. Location: Must be locally based in Delhi NCR Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred Education: Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality/Administration preferred,d however not a must.
