About the Role:

We are seeking a highly professional, experienced, and proactive House Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of a private residence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to anticipate the household's needs and ensure consistently high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all household staff, including housekeeping, kitchen, drivers, and maintenance teams

• Create staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and handle recruitment and training

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service across the residence

• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for home maintenance and repair work

• Oversee household budgets, petty cash, inventories, and procurement of supplies

• Manage domestic events, guest hosting, and travel or hospitality arrangements as needed

• Ensure safety, security, and confidentiality in all areas of the residence

• Maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for daily operations

• Keep the homeowners updated on key matters via timely reports and check-ins

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing upscale households or luxury hospitality establishments

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is a plus)

• High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity

• Well-versed with modern household technologies, smart systems, and vendor coordination

• Organized, punctual, and calm under pressure

• Preferably hospitality or facility management background.
