Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the GK-1 and Chhatarpur residences.
Supervise and coordinate household staff across both properties to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Manage household accounts, including staff payroll, vendor payments, and budgeting.
Handle vendor management, procurement, and quality control for all household services.
Supervise the car fleet and chauffeurs, ensuring upkeep, maintenance, and timely scheduling.
Ensure both residences remain secure, well-maintained, and ready for use at all times.
Serve as the Principal’s primary point of contact for all India-based operations, maintaining communication with international estate teams for operational consistency.
Oversee the completion, setup, and handover of the Chhatarpur property, followed by ongoing management once operational.
