Job Opening Summary Role : Frontend/ReactJS Developer Job Location : Bangalore Years of Experience : 3 to 5 years of relevant experience Mandatory Requirement : Passionate about Privacy & Responsible AI Responsibilities Develop and maintain interactive and scalable web applications using React.js. Collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality, responsive user interfaces. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards. Implement robust authentication, authorization, and security features within the application. Integrate with RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance using browser developer tools and React DevTools. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in frontend development. Contribute to the overall architecture and design decisions for frontend components. Ensure the accessibility and usability of web applications for a diverse user base. Required Skills Minimum of 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in React.js development building interactive and scalable web applications. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. In-depth understanding of React.js principles, including Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycle. Experience collaborating effectively with UI/UX designers to implement responsive designs across various devices and screen sizes. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming concepts (e.g., Promises, async/await). Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices for web applications (e.g., OAuth, JWT). Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to established coding standards and best practices. Knowledge of modern frontend styling techniques (e.g., CSS-in-JS libraries like Styled Components or Emotion, CSS Modules, SASS/LESS). Proficiency in debugging and performance optimization using browser developer tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools) and React DevTools. Familiarity with package management tools like npm or Yarn. Good To Have Skills Additional experience with Express.js for backend development is a plus. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
