Shift Timings:

  • 5:00 PM 2:00 AM IST
  • 2:00 AM – 11:00 AM IST
  • 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
    (Includes rotational weekend support)

About the Role – Printer & POS Software Support

first point of contact

This role focuses on resolving issues related to:

  • Printer connectivity and performance

    (receipt printers, barcode scanners, etc.)
  • POS application errors

  • Peripheral device troubleshooting

  • Basic networking issues related to store systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats for printer and POS-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot software issues and hardware integration with store devices (printers, tablets, scanners).
  • Guide store staff with detailed step-by-step resolutions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 technical teams.
  • Accurately document issues and resolutions using CRM tools.
  • Adhere to defined SLAs and performance metrics (AHT, CSAT).
  • Stay informed on latest POS system updates and printer technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BCA, BSc, or equivalent).
  • 2–5 years of experience in customer support/call center or technical troubleshooting roles.
  • Prior experience supporting

    U.S. clients

    .
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written); ability to understand U.S. accents.
  • Experience with printer troubleshooting

    (thermal printers, receipt printers, etc.) preferred.
  • Familiarity with

    CRM tools

    (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of desktop, tablet, and peripheral device troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus.
