Circles.Life is looking for Principle Architect - Backend to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Lead and manage a team of architects, providing technical guidance and mentoring Develop and oversee the execution of the architectural design for new projects or systems Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project requirements and ensure the design meets those requirements Provide technical expertise on system architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies Identify and address technical issues throughout the development process Ensure that the final product meets quality standards, including performance, security, and scalability Provide leadership in the selection of technology platforms, development tools, and frameworks Manage and prioritize project timelines and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget Communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure that all project goals are met Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address technical issues Strong communication and interpersonal skills
