Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME) with hands-on expertise in Agentforce and Data Cloud.

The SME will play a pivotal role in advancing our Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) by assisting in the design and creation of agentic accelerators, reusable frameworks, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and optimize data ingestion, unification, identity resolution, and activation pipelines within Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Configure and extend Agentforce orchestration for human + digital workforce collaboration using Flow Orchestration, Einstein, and the Trust Layer.
• Contribute to the development of agentic accelerators, templates, and technical assets that standardize and accelerate delivery across clients.
• Support client workshops, solution demonstrations, and pre-sales efforts as the domain expert.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engagement managers, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with client goals and technical feasibility.
• Support internal teams by documenting and sharing best practices for AI orchestration, data activation, and trust-based automation.
• Stay current on the Salesforce roadmap, certifications, and evolving ecosystem serving as an internal advocate for innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including direct, practical experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, integration patterns, and orchestration frameworks.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs (REST/SOAP), and declarative tools such as Flow.
• Demonstrated experience advising enterprise clients on Salesforce data and AI strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Multiple current Salesforce certifications (may be earned within the first 6 months), including:
• Salesforce Administrator
• Platform Developer I and II
• Application Architect and/or System Architect
• Data Cloud Consultant
• AI Associate

Preferred

• Additional Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or MuleSoft.
• Experience in a Salesforce Partner or professional services consulting environment.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Git, Salesforce CLI) and data transformation tools (MuleSoft, ETL platforms).
• Experience developing accelerators, reusable frameworks, or packaged assets that enhance delivery speed and consistency.
