Technical Architect

Role Overview: As an Adobe AEM Forms Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with Adobe consultants to understand and review customer unique business requirements. Your role will involve defining, planning, and executing strategies to drive business value from the platform and enable customers to adopt and scale up in their maturity roadmap. This client-facing role requires a solid technical acumen in digital marketing technology and enterprise architecture, with constant interaction with customers and implementation partners. Key Responsibilities: - Be a recognized expert/SME for Adobe internal and regional stakeholders. - Act as a lead point of contact for any customer engagement. - Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously. - Build trusted advisor relationships with clients & implementation partners. - Develop custom enterprise architectures and roadmaps to meet defined needs. - Integrate Experience Cloud products effectively to optimize online businesses. - Identify key business drivers and technology capabilities required for clients" efficient state. - Ensure alignment between business strategies, IT roadmap, and deployment teams. - Define governance and operational models to support clients" technology goals. - Provide advisory to key stakeholders with industry best practices & recommendations. - Exhibit value to customers & partners to adopt and scale in their maturity roadmap. - Anticipate future technology requirements and communicate them to clients. - Communicate proactively and effectively with customer/implementation partner teams. - Assist with enablement & desk-side coaching on product features and technical queries. - Collaborate with internal teams and client/implementation partners. - Maintain the highest level of technical expertise through continuous learning. - Create and leverage processes and standardized templates for quality and timely delivery. Qualifications Required: - 9+ years of work experience with knowledge of object-oriented design principles. - Experience in designing and implementing AEM forms, both OSGi and JEE. - Proficiency in Java/JEE platform application development. - Expertise in AEM Forms development including Adaptive Forms, Schemas, FDM, etc. - Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with PDF forms, XDPs, and AEM Forms Document Services. - Familiarity with Adobe LiveCycle Modules and related technologies. - Experience with SOAP/REST, LDAP, SAML, SMTP, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, etc. - Knowledge of RDBMS, Linux, and encryption/document security compliance. - Excellent communication skills and a self-motivated, customer-centric mindset. - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
