Technical Architect

As a Java Technical Architect at NeoXam, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and managing the continuous evolution of products through technology interventions, leading to innovations and improvements. You will follow development best practices, collaborate with professionals to deliver requirements, and assist junior developers in solving technical issues. **Key Responsibilities:** - Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing end-to-end problem resolution. - Possess strong experience in development tools and CI/CD pipelines, along with extensive Agile experience. - Demonstrate proficiency in Java8, Spring, SpringMVC, RESTful web services, Hibernate, Oracle PL/SQL, SpringSecurity, Ansible, Docker, JMeter, and Angular. - Have a clear understanding of REST web services and experience in developing services that handle large data sets. - Familiarity with Fintech or lending domain is a plus. - Deep understanding of cloud technologies on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Stay updated on emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions. - Strong communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally and achieve organizational goals. - Provide vision leadership for technology roadmap alignment with business objectives and maximizing ROI. - Define technical software architectures and lead framework development. - Engage in end-to-end product development from business requirements to deployment in production. - Research, design, and implement complex features in existing products or create new applications/components. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience with frontend technologies like Angular or ReactJS. - Experience in product development and Fintech would be beneficial.
