About Roles and Responsibilities:

Principal for our Degree College


  • Lead the academic functioning of the Degree College, ensuring quality teaching-learning practices.
  • Oversee curriculum delivery, academic planning, and continuous improvement of academic standards.
  • Guide faculty teams and ensure effective implementation of departmental activities.
  • Lead the Degree College admission strategies, enrollment drives, and counselling initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for outreach, school/college visits, and conversion activities.
  • Supervise day-to-day college operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Monitor staff attendance, performance, onboarding, and discipline.
  • Conduct periodic reviews, provide feedback, and promote professional development.
  • Track expenditures and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Oversee classroom, library, laboratory, and campus maintenance.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, IT, and vendors for timely upkeep of facilities.
  • Ensure all documentation is up to date for University, regulatory bodies, and academic audits.
  • Supervise preparation of reports, registers, inspection files, and affiliation documentation.
  • Represent the Degree College professionally with students, parents, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle grievances, communication, and parent interactions with clarity and transparency.
  • Oversee timely submissions, exam coordination, and compliance with higher education bodies.
  • Coordinate required reports, statements, and communication with authorities.


Preferred Qualification:

  • Postgraduate degree or Ph.D with relevant teaching and administrative experience.
  • Minimum

    10+ years

    in higher education, including senior academic/administrative roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in admissions, academic operations, and stakeholder management.
