The organization operates multiple campuses, including in Katapady, Mangalore, and Udupi, and provides a supportive environment for both students and staff.


About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager (Admissions) who will lead our marketing initiatives to drive student admissions through effective BTL and ATL strategies, seminars, and outreach programs. The ideal candidate will be skilled in planning, executing campaigns, and leading a motivated team in the education sector.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) and ATL (Above-the-Line) marketing campaigns for admissions.
  • Conduct and manage seminars, school and college outreach programs, and education fairs.
  • Develop innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility and student engagement.
  • Collaborate with the admissions and academic teams to align marketing goals with institutional objectives.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the marketing team to achieve set targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and campaign performance to optimize results.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective promotional activities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing / Management / Business / related field.
  • Minimum 3–8 years of experience in admissions or educational marketing.
  • Proven expertise in BTL & ATL campaign management and team leadership.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Candidates with experience in the education sector will be preferred.
