Job Description

You will be working as the Principal Product Marketing Manager for Cybersecurity products at Skyhigh Security. In this role, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between product, sales, and marketing by taking ownership of messaging, competitive differentiation, sales enablement, and GTM strategy. Your deep security expertise combined with a strong commercial acumen will drive market adoption and enhance customer engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Messaging & Positioning:** Craft compelling and differentiated messaging and positioning for DSPM and DLP offerings tailored to CISOs, security architects, and compliance stakeholders. - **GTM Leadership:** Drive the go-to-market strategy for new product launches and major updates. Collaborate with sales, demand gen, and partner teams to ensure alignment and successful execution. - **Sales Enablement:** Develop high-impact content such as pitch decks, battlecards, ROI calculators, and objection-handling guides. Conduct enablement sessions for sales and SEs. - **Competitive Intelligence:** Lead competitive analysis and market intelligence for the DSPM and DLP landscape. Translate insights into actionable strategies for field teams. - **Customer and Analyst Engagement:** Collaborate with customer marketing and analyst relations to create case studies, testimonials, and third-party validation. - **Product Collaboration:** Work closely with product management to influence the roadmap based on market feedback, use cases, and buyer personas. - **Content Development:** Create technical and business content like blogs, webinars, whitepapers, and solution briefs that resonate with buyers and support demand generation. **Qualifications Required:** - 12+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in cybersecurity with a focus on data security, DSPM, or DLP. - Strong understanding of security buyer personas including CISO, security architect, risk/compliance. - Proven track record of success in B2B product marketing throughout the full GTM lifecycle, from messaging to sales enablement to field execution. - Ability to simplify complex technical capabilities into clear, value-oriented messaging. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
